stained carpet disruptive noise
The room looked somewhat neglected. The carpet was stained, made me hesitate to walk barefoot. additionally, a bulb in the bathroom was out. it made showering a bit dim. these issues impacted my overall sense of cleanliness and comfort. I think the management should address these maintenance concerns promptly, though the location was central, the noise at night was quite disruptive. i could hear street sounds late into the evening.

Reasonable stay with some issues
canal view friendly staff tired looking dated decor
The location was good (close to many attractions). The staff stored our luggage because we arrived early. Views to the canal were amazing.
The room looked a bit tired. The beds were not great (just a bit dated). The decor needs a few touches.

Decent Experience with a Couple Hiccups
central location friendly staff spacious room unclean bathroom broken shower poor curtain
The hotel's location really worked well for me. It was near many attractions. The staff was mostly friendly and tried to assist. My room had enough space, I had a nice stay for several nights.
The bathroom lacked attention to detail, I noticed. There was some hair. the shower head wasn't properly attached, and that was a problem. I couldn't completely block outside light, and this affected my sleep.
